Dear Media aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible.
Many items ship the same or next day, however due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.
Typically, if your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped within 1-2 days, however at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has shipped.
Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience!
International shipping postage simply covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel. Dear Media does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs)are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
You are responsible for payment of all shipping charges, both for initial purchase of any merchandise, as well as shipping charges for returns. Dear Media does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. Fanjoy only accepts returns of unused items that are shipped back to Dear Media in the condition in which they were delivered, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of delivery of the merchandise to you. If the merchandise is not returned in the condition it was sent to you, Dear Media reserves the right not to refund you for that purchase. Clearance merchandise, gift certificates, personalized items, and items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” (as indicated on the product page before placing your order) are not eligible for return.
