SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from the United States, but are not currently shipping to Russia or Ukraine.
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
- Domestic vs International shipments
- Total weight of package
- Selected shipping method
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based each order.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and/or taxes based on your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purcahser and will vary by country and order value. We are unable to provide reimbursement for these fees or for orders returned due to unpaid customs fees.
Yes, as long as your order has not already shipped and is not being updated to an international address! Please email help@dearmedia.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after they leave our warehouse.
To protect your shipment, we offer Route+ Shipping Protection to insure your order against loss, theft and damage. This is available to add at checkout.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to inquiring abour returning an item, please email us at help@dearmedia.com. Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable" (as listed on product pages), clearance merchandise, gift certificates, or personalized items are not eligible for return. Unauthorized returns sent back to us will not be refunded.
Exchanges are dependent upon a few things like item availability and order status. If your order is marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" and your order has already been processed then an exchange will not be possible. If it has not been processed then an exchange is dependent upon item availability. Please reply to your order confirmation or email help@dearmedia.com as soon as possible to inquire about exchange options.
